  • Yves Ortais

    Yves is originally an electronics engineer and a physicist. After developing electronic products for a major global company, he subsequently transitioned into a business role, managing multiple factories and several thousand employees. Yves has applied best practices for productivity and quality (Japan, USA, Europe) obtaining ISO certification for several industrial organizations. He has also been involved in strategic acquisitions of main competitors in Europe and USA.

    After applying his business management acumen to the field of underwater acoustics (military), he set up his own company, focusing on the crosslinking physical and chemical engineering.

  • Thierry Ribeiro

    Thierry is a marketing professional with extensive experience in communications and marketing across a variety of industry sectors. His experience is also geographically diverse with oversight and activity in 20 countries.

    As an entrepreneur in the international Telecom industry he developed worldwide expertise in value added services and multi-business operations.

  • Yohann Guillaneuf

    Yohann is a research director at the French CNRS in the Institute of Radial Chemistry (Aix-Marseille University, France). His research activity relates to the development of advanced polymer applications, mainly in the fields of environment and health.

    His main research topic is radical ring-opening polymerisation. He received his Ph.D in polymer chemistry in 2006 at University of Marseille, France. He then completed post-doctoral fellowships in Australia. In 2010 he obtained his CNRS permanent researcher position, and was promoted Research Director in 2023.

His skills include: chromatographic (HPLC CPG) optical DRX ATG DSC analysis, Chemstation software (Agilent), liquid-liquid extraction, colorimetry, pHmetry, conductimetry, volumetry, potentiometry, syn-thesis of organic products, purification, distillation, filtration, extraction, recrystallization.
